Who We Are

At WaterWorks, we strive for a plastic- free ocean. This non-profit organization works with local gyms like Soul Cycle Castro and LiveFit Gym to collect their unclaimed water bottles. After thoroughly sterilizing each water bottle, we take our program to the streets where we exchange our lovely water bottles, that contain personalized environmental poems and environmental tips, for your everyday plastic water bottle. Once a week, we take our collective plastic water bottles to the Recology, the local recycling center. We then collect the money earned to fund our organization. A goal of ours is to eventually take that money to donate to other organizations we support.
